Where the hell does BSNL hire from ?
How do they manage to consistently hire only the laziest assholes for their IT and customer facing departments ?
They would strictly protect your acount with an OTP based authentication, but then with the attitude – “keep waiting for that OTP suckers ! we are not just sending it.”
After you waste few days because SMS just wont arrive, sometimes you need to make payments online in their portal. This is just so “futuristic” for BSNL that they struggle to make the payments work one out of every 26 times.
